I support births at home, birth centers, and hospitals.

My goal is for you to have a birth memory you will cherish forever!

About me

Ever since I was little I have always had a desire to help others. I began getting credits to become a nurse, but realized it was not the right path for me. I found my passion for Birth Doula work as I enjoy the nonclinical part of supporting people in this life transition. I have been a nanny for the past 7 years, and find working with families and children very rewarding. My goal as a doula is to provide individualized care to each family, and help achieve your goals. I believe that every birthing person should choose what they feel is right for them and their baby.

Birth Doula Training

I completed my Birth Doula training with Big Belly Services.

my Services

Labor Support

I provide continuous support throughout your labor for you, and any other support people present. I help you incorporate techniques that help ease during labor. I also offer resources and informational support throughout your entire experience. Making sure your voice is heard, and you feel empowered. A TENS unit is available for clients who have their doctors approval.

Prenatal Visits

Pregnancy is a journey that everybody deserves support through. After the interview, if you feel that I am the Doula for you, we will schedule 2 prenatal visits. The prenatal visits are each 2 hours long. During that time we will discuss birth plans you may have, your concerns for labor, and discuss the postpartum period.

Postpartum Visits

The first postpartum visit occurs 2-3 days after your baby is born. The second postpartum visit happens 2 weeks after birth. During these visits we can discuss your birth experience, and I can help you process it. I help support you with breastfeeding and offer guidance if needed. While you welcome your baby into the world, I will offer guidance and support.

Placenta Encapsulation

What is it?

Placenta Encapsulation is the process of steaming, dehydrating, and grinding your placenta into powder. This powder is then placed into pill capsules that can you consume postpartum.

Benefits of Placenta Encapsulation

-Increased milk production

-Decreased risk/severity of postpartum depression and other mood disorders.

-Increased energy in the postpartum period.

-Helps the uterus shrink back down.

Service Fee

$125 for doula clients

$175 for non-doula clients

I ask for a $25 non-refundable deposit when I am hired. This secures your place on my calendar, and compensates for my time and compensates for my time even if you are unable to keep your placenta.
