About me

Ever since I was little I have always had a desire to help others. I began getting credits to become a nurse, but realized it was not the right path for me. I found my passion for Birth Doula work as I enjoy the nonclinical part of supporting people in this life transition. I have been a nanny for the past 7 years, and find working with families and children very rewarding. My goal as a doula is to provide individualized care to each family, and help achieve your goals. I believe that every birthing person should choose what they feel is right for them and their baby.

Birth Doula Training

I completed my Birth Doula training with Big Belly Services.

Prenatal Visits

Pregnancy is a journey that everybody deserves support through. After the interview, if you feel that I am the Doula for you, we will schedule 2 prenatal visits. The prenatal visits are each 2 hours long. During that time we will discuss birth plans you may have, your concerns for labor, and discuss the postpartum period.

Postpartum Visits

The first postpartum visit occurs 2-3 days after your baby is born. The second postpartum visit happens 2 weeks after birth. During these visits we can discuss your birth experience, and I can help you process it. I help support you with breastfeeding and offer guidance if needed. While you welcome your baby into the world, I will offer guidance and support.
