I offer gentle sleep guidance with customized sleep plans for every family altered to their specific needs and goals. Sleep training is the process of creating healthy sleep habits and teaching your child how to sleep. I will assist with correction of sleep challenges and offer knowledge to all caregivers involved. I do not teach one specific sleep method; each plan is individualized depending on the families desires and goals.
All of my packages include two weeks of support with the option to extend as needed.
If plans are followed consistently parents should begin seeing results within 4 nights.
Results and improvements will be seen within 4 days if sleep plans are followed with consistency and commitment!
